APPLICATION SYSTEM Surface Preparation
Old Surface
Powdery and chalky surface must be scrubbed and cleaned with water
Fungus and mildew growth must be cleaned off before applying microkill. Left to dry for 2-3 days
Apply on cracks with TOA Acrylic Filler for the crack width < 1 mm. and not to crack continueously
Apply on cracks with TOA Acrylic Sealant for the crack width > 1 mm. and crack continueously
New Surface
Substrate must be completely cured and dried ( ~ 1 month ) free from oil , grease , mildew , from release agents and foreign matters.or measure moisture which should be less than 14% on surface with protimeter mini If any crack , it should be repaired on surface before applying
Coating System
Primer For Old Surface
Apply 1 coat of SUPERMATEX CONTACT PRIMER
Primer For New Surface
Apply 1 coat of SUPERMATEX ALKALI RESISTING PRIMER
Topcoat
Apply 2 - 3 coats of SUPERMATEX FOR CEILING
** Recommend for deep tone , you should apply middle coat that it has tone lighter before requiring color
HANDLING AND STORAGE
Storage Condition
The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations. Keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from source of heat and ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed.
