• New surface
  • For coated wood or wood with old or peeling paint film or old wood with no coating.
  • Sand with abrasive paper to the wood surface.For coated wood which coating film still in good condition.
  • Sand over the painted film with TOA abrasive paper no.240-320 then clean the surface to remove grease, dust, oil or dirt.
• Old surface
  • 1. Use Toa abrasive paper no. 240 – 320 to sand the wood surface until smooth.
  • 2. Fill all wood crack and hole by filler.
  • 3. Sand again until the smooth surface is obtained and clean the surface until no dust remain.

• Topcoat
  • Apply by brush and then wiping with TOA VARNISH BLACK INTERIOR T-8500 1 – 2 times. Can be topcoat with Clear Nitrocellulose Lacquer and Clear Varnish.

• The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10 ํC and at least 3 ํC above the dew point of the air, temperature and relative humidity measured in the vicinity of the substrate. Good ventilation is required in confined areas to ensure correct drying.

• Storage condition
  • The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations. Keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from source of heat and ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed.
• Shelf life : 3 years.
