• พื้นผิวเก่า
  • 1. ควรขัดสีเก่าที่เสื่อมสภาพหรือวัสดุต่างๆบนพื้นผิวเดิมออกก่อน
  • 2. เช็ดทำความสะอาด พื้นผิวต้องปราศจากสิ่งสกปรก, คราบน้ำมัน, คราบเกลือ, สีเก่าและสารปนเปื้อนอื่นๆ
• พื้นผิวใหม่
  • 1. ใช้กระดาษทรายขัดแห้ง ทีโอเอ ดีเอสซี #240 – 320 ขัดแต่งพื้นผิวจนเรียบสวย
  • 2. อุดโป้วรอยแตก ตำหนิบนไม้และหัวตะปู ให้เรียบร้อย
  • 3. ขัดแต่งด้วยกระดาษทรายอีกครั้ง จนได้พื้นผิวที่เรียบเนียน
  • 4. เช็ดทำความสะอาด พื้นผิวต้องปราศจากสิ่งสกปรก, คราบน้ำมัน, คราบเกลือและสารปนเปื้อนอื่นๆ

• ทาหรือพ่นรองพื้นด้วย สีรองพื้นปรับระนาบผิวและอุดเสี้ยนไม้ ตราปลาฉลาม # S-5555 อย่างน้อย 2 เที่ยว (ทิ้งให้แห้งอย่างน้อย 20 นาที ก่อนทา หรือ พ่นทับเที่ยวต่อไป)

• 1. ทาหรือพ่นด้วย แล็กเกอร์ ตราปลาฉลาม ชนิดเงา หรือ ด้าน อย่างน้อย 2 เที่ยว
• 2. ก่อนทาหรือพ่นทับหน้าเที่ยวต่อไป ให้ขัดแต่งพื้นผิวด้วยกระดาษทราย ทีโอเอ ดีเอสซี #320 – 400 เพื่อเพิ่มการยึดเกาะและได้พื้นผิวชิ้นงานที่เรียบ

• อุณหภูมิของชิ้นงานจะต้องสูงกว่า 10 ํC และสูงกว่าจุดน้ำค้างอย่างน้อย 3 ํC
• อุณหภูมิและความชื้นสัมพัทธ์ต่างมีผลต่อชิ้นงานและการแห้งตัวของฟิล์มสี

• สภาวะการเก็บรักษา
  • จัดเก็บสินค้าในที่แห้ง มีอากาศถ่ายเทดี ปิดฝาให้สนิท ให้แน่นตลอดเวลา ไม่ควรเก็บในที่ร้อนและไม่ให้ถูกแสงแดดโดยตรง
• อายุผลิตภัณฑ์ : 2 ปี (นับจากวันที่ผลิต)

SHARK Lacquer Sanding Sealer 

Toa Shark Lacquer Sanding Sealer S-5555 is formulated from Nitro-Cellulose, resin and scrubbing agent. It is used as a primer, to cover wood burner and easy to scrub. Surface becomes smooth before applying  lacquer top coat (gloss or matt)

FEATURES

Toa Shark Lacquer Sanding Sealer # S-5555 is based on Nitrocellulose Resin and designed to use as a primer for interior wood coating. Properties of the products are high film built, fast dry, easy to sand and good adhesion on solid wood and plywood.

 APPLICATION SYSTEM 
Surface Preparation

• Old surface
  • 1. Chalky surfaces or loose material must be removed by stiff brush.
  • 2. The surfaces must be clean and free of dirt,wax,salt,old paint and other contaminants

• New surface
  • 1. Use TOA abrasive paper no. 240 - 320 to sand the wood surface until smooth.
  • 2. Fill all wood crack and hole by filler.
  • 3. Sand again until the smooth surface is obtained.
  • 4. The surfaces must be clean and free of dirt, grease, oil, wax, salt and other contaminants.

Coating system

• Primer
  • Apply by brush or spray with SHARK Lacquer Sanding Sealer # S-5555 at least 2 coats. (Recoatable time is at least 20 minutes)
• Topcoat
  • 1. Apply by brush or spray with SHARK Lacquer Gloss or Matt at least 2 coats.
  • 2. Before topcoat any layer, TOA abrasive paper no. 320 – 400 are recommended to sand the surface which provide good intercoat adhesion and smooth the surface.

Remark – DO NOT use SHARK Lacquer Sanding Sealer # S-5555 as a primer for Polyurethane because of poor intercoat adhesion or peeling problem.

 Recommendation 
The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10 ํC and at least 3 ํC above the dew point of the air, temperature and relative humidity measured in the vicinity of the substrate. Good ventilation is required in confined areas to ensure correct drying.

HANDLING AND STORAGE

• Storage condition
  • The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations. Keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from source of heat and ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed.
• Shelf life : 2 years (from manufacturing date)
