• พื้นผิวที่จะทาเคลือบด้วยทีโอเอ 100 น้ำยาเคลือบเงาใสกันซึม จะต้องแห้ง สะอาด ปราศจากฝุ่น คราบสกปรก คราบไขมัน และทิ้งไว้ให้แห้งสนิท
• หากมีสารทาเคลือบพื้นผิวเดิมอยู่ให้ทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวโดยการลอกออกให้หมด
• บริเวณที่เกิดเชื้อราหรือตะไคร่น้ำ ควรขัดล้างออกให้หมด แล้วทาด้วยน้ายาฆ่าเชื้อราทีโอเอ 113 ไมโครคิลให้ชุ่ม ทิ้งให้แห้งอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมง แล้วจึงทาเคลือบด้วยทีโอเอ 100 น้ำยาเคลือบเงาใสกันซึม

• สีทีโอเอ 100 น้ำยาเคลือบเงาใสกันซึมผลิตมาเพื่อการใช้งานโดยไม่ต้องผสมตัวทำละลาย เช่น ทินเนอร์ เป็นต้น
• การใช้งานทีโอเอ 100 น้ำยาเคลือบเงาใสกันซึม ด้วยแปรง ลูกกลิ้งหรือเครื่องพ่นให้ทั่วพื้นผิว 1 – 2 เที่ยว แต่ละเที่ยวทิ้งให้แห้งโดยใช้เวลาประมาณ 3 - 4 ชั่วโมง ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับสภาพพื้นผิว ถ้าพื้นผิวมีรูพรุนมากหรือดูดสีมากเป็นพิเศษอาจต้องเคลือบถึง 3 เที่ยว เพื่อให้ได้พื้นผิวที่เงางาม

• ห้ามรับประทาน หรือสูดดม
• ขณะใช้งานแนะนำให้สวมอุปกรณ์ป้องกัน เช่น ถุงมือ หน้ากาก
• ไม่ควรทำงานบนพื้นผิวที่ร้อนหรือกลางแดดจัด
• ไม่ควรทาในวันที่มีความชื้นสูงหรือฝนตก
• ห้ามทิ้งภาชนะบรรจุลงในแหล่งน้ำสาธาณะ
• เก็บให้พ้นมือเด็ก ความร้อน และเปลวไฟ
• สำหรับงานพ่น สามารถใช้ทินเนอร์ #71 ผสมประมาณ 5% หรือตามปริมาณที่ต้องการ เพื่อให้ใช้งานได้ง่ายขึ้น
• ไม่แนะนำให้ใช้กับงานพื้น หรือพื้นที่ที่มีการเดินเหยียบย่ำ
• ล้างเครื่องมือทันทีที่ทำงานเสร็จ ด้วยทินเนอร์ #71 , ทินเนอร์ #AAA

• สภาวะการเก็บรักษา
  • ปิดฝาให้สนิท ทุกครั้งหลังการใช้งาน
  • เก็บในภาชนะบรรจุเดิมที่ปิดสนิทและไม่ควรวางไว้ที่กลางแจ้งที่มีแสงแดดจัด
• อายุของผลิตภัณฑ์
  • อายุการเก็บประมาณ 2 ปี นับจากวันที่ผลิต

FEATURES

TOA - 100 Water Repellent Gloss is clear gloss liquid waterproof made from high quality acrylic polymer (solvent-borne). It is clear and hard film, excellent gloss retention, non-yellowing, resistant to weather and uv light. It can prevent waterproofing and stains well. Ready to use for both internal and external.

APPLICATION SYSTEM
Surface Preparation

Substrate must be sound, free of loose or weak particles, dust and dirt. Oil and wax containing layers, as well as laitance must be completely remove.
In case of mold and algae, brush and clean with TOA 113 Microkill then leave it dry for 24 hrs. before coating with TOA-100 Water Repellent Gloss.

Application

• Apply a first coat of TOA-100 Water Repellent Gloss by using brush, roller or spray then leave it dry for 3-4 hrs. - Apply a second coat of TOA-100 Water Repellent Gloss then leave it dry for 3-4 hrs.
• May require a third coat if the substrate is very porous for excellent gloss.

Recommendation

• TOA-100 Water Repellent Gloss can be applied by brush or spray with low pressure spray gun. Wear the protective equipment such as gloves and masks.
• Do not eat or inhale.
• Do not use TOA-100 Water Repellent Gloss during strong sunshine or on hot substrate.
• Do not use TOA-100 Water Repellent Gloss while raining.
• For spray application, TOA-100 Water Repellent Gloss can be diluted with thinner # 71 approx. 5% or the amount needed to make the work easier.
• Toa-100 Water Repellent Gloss is not suitable for floor coating or traffic area.
• Do not throw the container into the public water resource.
• Keep away from children, heat and flame.
• Wash all tools immediately after use with Thinner # 71, Thinner #AAA.

HANDING AND STORAGE

• Storage
  • Keep all containers well closed.
  • Keep in a dry cool place.
• Shelf life : 2 years in original packing.
