• พื้นผิวปูนใหม่ 
  • ทิ้งผนังให้แห้งอย่างน้อย 2 สัปดาห์
  • ทำความสะอาดให้ปราศจากฝุ่นผง
• พื้นผิวปูนเก่า
  • พื้นผิวที่จะฉาบต้องแห้ง สะอาดปราศจากฝุ่นผง เศษซีเมนต์ สี และคราบไขมันต่างๆ ในกรณีที่พื้นผิวมีลักษณะ เป็นฝุ่นหรือร่วนพรุน ให้รองพื้นด้วย น้ำยารองพื้นปูนเก่า
  • ก่อนการฉาบด้วยโฟร์ซีซัน ดีโค้ทให้สกัดหรือเจียรขอบตะเข็บที่เกิดจากการถอดแบบ สันนูนที่หนาเกินไปออก

• เปิดฝาคนให้เข้ากันแล้วใช้งานได้ทันที
• ฉาบโฟร์ซีซัน ดีโค้ทด้วยเกรียงเหล็ก เกรียงสแตนเลสหรือเกรียงโป๊ว บริเวณพื้นผิวที่ต้องการ
• ถ้าต้องการฉาบซ้ำให้ทิ้งชั้นแรกให้แห้งประมาณ 2-3 ชั่วโมง ก่อนฉาบชั้นถัดไป
• ถ้าฉาบแล้วไม่เรียบ เมื่อผิวที่ฉาบแห้งตัว ให้ใช้กระดาษทรายขัดตกแต่งได้ตามต้องการ
• ทาน้ำยารองพื้นปูนใหม่ 1 เที่ยว
• ทาด้วยสีทับหน้า 2 เที่ยว

• พื้นผิวที่มีรูพรุนหรือหยาบมากๆ อาจต้องฉาบ 2 – 3 ชั้น แนะนำให้ฉาบอุดรูพรุนเสียก่อน
• ควรใช้โฟร์ซีซัน ดีโค้ทให้หมดภายในครั้งเดียว หรือถ้าไม่หมดควรปิดฝาให้สนิท
• ไม่ควรฉาบในวันที่มีความชื้นสูงหรือฝนตก
• ไม่เหมาะสำหรับนำไปฉาบปิดรอยแตกร้าวในบริเวณที่เป็นรอยต่อของโครงสร้างที่มีการเคลื่อนตัว
• ห้ามใช้กับบริเวณที่ต้องแช่น้ำอยู่ตลอดเวลา เช่น ถังเก็บน้ำ สระว่ายน้ำ เป็นต้น
• โฟร์ซีซัน ดีโค้ทใช้เป็นวัสดุตกแต่งผิวบางที่ผนัง ไม่เหมาะสำหรับงานพื้น
• ไม่เหมาะสำหรับนำไปฉาบหนาภายในครั้งเดียว
• ล้างเครื่องมือทันทีที่ทำงานเสร็จด้วยน้ำสะอาด

• สภาวะการเก็บรักษา
  • เก็บในภาชนะบรรจุเดิมที่ปิดสนิทและไม่ควรวางไว้ที่กลางแจ้งที่มีแสงแดดจัด
• อายุของผลิตภัณฑ์
  • อายุการเก็บประมาณ 1 ปี นับจากวันที่ผลิต

Toa 4 Seasons D-Cote is a special acrylic that is ready to use for decorative plastering on concrete, covering small crack and hole, and smoothening surface. Suitable for both exterior and interior application.

FEATURES
Toa 4 Seasons D-COTE is a ready mixed special acrylic used for filling and levelling plaster for concrete surfaces. It is a fast and economical way to correct and level uneven substrate imperfections such as aerated concrete, small crack surfaces etc.

APPLICATION SYSTEM
Surface Preparation

• New Surface
  • Leave the surface to dry for at least 2 weeks.
  • Clean the surface from dust.
• Old Surface
  • Remove all mildew, laitance, mould, oil, dust, dirt and previous coatings which are poorly adhered.
  • If the concrete crumbling or brittle, use TOA Contact Primer 1 time and allow to dry.

Application

• Stir well before use.
• Apply 4 Seasons D-COTE with trowel where needed.
• Plaster with 4 Seasons D-COTE and leave to dry prior to applying another coat.
• Sand the surface with sandpaper for more smoothness.
• Apply TOA Alkali Resisting Primer 1 coat.
• Apply 2 coats of paint.

Recommendation

• The surface must be dried prior to apply.
• Do not use this product while raining.
• The crack must be sealed before the primary coat.
• Do not apply one time for high thickness, 4 Seasons D-COTE must be applied for several layers.
• Wash all tools immediately after use with water.

HANDLING AND STORAGE

• Storage
  • Keep all containers well closed.
  • Keep in a dry cool place.
• Shelf life : 12 months in original packing.
