• 1. Scrape all dirt and poorly adhering.
• 2. Fungus and mildew growth must be cleaned off. Left to dry for 2-3 days.
• 3. Areas where the fungus to kill mold polished clean with liquid TOA Microkill. Cleaning. Then let it dry 1-2 days.

• 1. Substrate must be completely cured and dried (~1 month) free from oil, grease,mildrew, from release agent and foreign matters
• 2. Make sure the surface has humidity less than 14%

• Primer
  • Apply 1 coat of TOA ElasticShield Sealer
• Topcoat
  • First Coat
    • Apply 1 coat of TOA ElasticShield mixed with clean water at ratio 3 : 1 (paint : water) by normal roller.
  • Second Coat
    • Apply 1 coat of TOA ElasticShield (Ready to use - not mixed water) by TOA ElasticShield roller.

• The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10 °C and at least 3 °C above the dew point of the air, temperature and relative humidity measured in the vicinity of the substrate. Good ventilation is required in confined areas to ensure correct drying.

• Storage condition
  • The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations. Keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from source of heat and ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed.
• Shelf life
  • 2 Years from producing at 30-35 °C
