Toa Kobe Fluorescent Color Spray

• Formulated by concentrated lacquer.
  
• Used for exterior and interior.
• Durability, quick drying and good adhesion.

• Surfaces should be clean, dry and free from oil, grease and rust before spraying.
• Shake can thoroughly until consistent sound of peas (2 minutes) before used and while spraying should shake can periodically.
• 2 coats for excellent color uniformity. (hold can approximately 1 foot from object to be sprayed, thin spraying for the first coat and let it dry for 10 minutes, then spray the second coat)

• Do not apply near flames.
• Do not store at temperature more than 40 °C.
• Ensure good ventilation during application and drying.
• When used it up, do not burn the can or throw it into fireplace.

• KOBE Fluorescent Spray provides a high level of visibility which suitable for safety symbols, art work, advertising board, toy and etc.

• The surface must be clean and free of dirt, grease, oil, wax, salt, old paint and other contaminants.
• Chalky surfaces or loose material must be removed by stiff brush.
• The surface must be clean with suitable cleansing solution and water then rinse thoroughly with fresh water and allow to fully dry.

• Apply suitable primer for desired surface or apply with KOBE Primer Surfacer Grey Spray #266 at least 2 coats to enhance adhesion.
• Recommend to apply KOBE Flat White Primer Spray #F100 at least 2 coats. (If more reflection is required)

• 1. Before use, shake the can of KOBE Fluorescent Spray thoughly around 2 minutes and shake periodically during spray.
• 2. Spray with distance from the required object around 20 – 25 cm and spray from left to right and top to bottom of the object.(Depend on skill and experience)
• 3. The first coat must be thin and allow at least 10 minutes to dry before spray the second coat.

• Use respiratory mask with charcoal and dust filter. For prolonged or repeated handling, use nitrile gloves or polyvinyl alcohol gloves. Use safety eye wear designed to protect against splash of liquids.
• No smoking.

• The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations. Storage conditions are to keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from source of heat and ignition.
• After used, the container must be kept tightly closed.

• 12 months at 25 – 30 ํC (from manufacturing date)
