• ใช้ได้ทั้งภายในและภายนอก
• ทนทาน แห้งเร็ว ยึดเกาะดีเยี่ยม

• พื้นผิวที่พ่นต้องสะอาด แห้ง ปราศจากสนิม ฝุ่น และคราบไข
• ก่อนใช้ควรเขย่าสีให้ทั่ว จนเสียงลูกแก้วดังสม่ำเสมอ (ประมาณ 2 นาที) ในขณะที่พ่น ควรเขย่ากระป๋องเป็นระยะ
• เพื่อให้ได้ชิ้นงานที่ดี ควรพ่น 2 ครั้ง (โดยให้ระยะห่างจากพื้นผิวประมาณ 1 ฟุต ครั้งแรกพ่นบางๆ ปล่อยให้แห้งประมาณ 10 นาที แล้วจึงพ่นทับครั้งที่ 2

• อย่าพ่นใกล้เปลวไฟ
• อย่าเก็บในที่อากาศร้อนกว่า 40 องศาเซลเซียส
• พ่นในอากาศถ่ายเทได้สะดวก
• เมื่อใช้หมดห้ามเผา หรือโยนกระป๋องเข้าเตาไฟ

• ใช้เป็นสีรองพื้นสำหรับ พลาสติกชนิด เอบีเอส (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene / ABS), พีพี (Polypropylene / PP) และ พีอี (Polyethylene / PE)

• พื้นผิวที่จะใช้งานต้องสะอาด ปราศจากฝุ่น, คราบไข, คราบน้ำมัน, แวกซ์, คราบเกลือ, สีเก่า และ สิ่งปนเปื้อนต่างๆ
• พื้นผิวที่เป็นชอล์ค หรือ เสื่อมสภาพ ต้องขัดทำความสะอาดด้วยแปรงไนลอน
• ทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวด้วยน้ำและน้ำยาทำความสะอาดที่เหมาะสม แล้วล้างด้วยน้ำสะอาดอีกครั้ง ก่อนทิ้งไว้ให้แห้งสนิท

• 1. ก่อนใช้งานควรเขย่ากระป๋อง สเปรย์รองพื้นพลาสติก โกเบ เบอร์ 263 ประมาณ 2 นาที จนเสียง ลูกแก้วดังสม่ำเสมอ และเขย่าเป็นระยะระหว่างพ่น
• 2. พ่นห่างจากชิ้นงานประมาณ 20 – 25 เซนติเมตร โดยพ่นจากซ้ายไปขวา และ จากบนลงล่าง (ขึ้นกับความถนัดและประสบการณ์)
• 3. เที่ยวแรกควรพ่นบางๆ แล้วทิ้งให้แห้งอย่างน้อย 15 นาที ก่อนพ่นทับเที่ยวที่ 2

• ควรสวมอุปกรณ์ป้องกันภัยส่วนบุคคล เช่น แว่นตา ถุงมือ และ ผ้าปิดจมูก
• ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ระหว่างการใช้งาน

• สินค้าจำเป็นต้องเก็บรักษาตามข้อกำหนด ควรเก็บในที่แห้ง มีอากาศถ่ายเทดี ไม่ควรเก็บใน บริเวณที่รับแสงแดดโดยตรง ต้องเก็บให้พ้นจากแหล่งกำเนิดความร้อนและประกายไฟ
• หลังใช้งาน ควรปิดฝาให้สนิท

• 36 เดือน ที่อุณหภูมิ 25 – 30 ํC (นับจากวันที่ผลิต)

• 400 ซีซี ต่อ กระป๋อง

KOBE Plastic Primer Spray No.263

DESCRIPTION
KOBE Plastic Primer Spray #263 is a special product which formulated for soft and hard plastic. The properties of this primer are fast dry, flexible and good adhesion on any plastics surfaces that help the color topcoat permanently stay on the plastic surfaces without peeling.

TYPICAL USE

KOBE Plastic Primer Spray #263 is suitable for ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), PP(Polypropylene) and PE(Polyethylene/PE)

 APPLICATION INFORMATION 
Surface Preparation

• The surface must be clean and free of dirt, grease, oil, wax, salt, old paint and other contaminants.
• Chalky surfaces or loose material must be removed by stiff brush.
• The surface must be clean with suitable cleansing solution and water then rinse thoroughly with fresh water and allow to fully dry.

Primer

• 1. Before use, shake the can of KOBE Plastic Primer Spray #263 thoughly around 2 minutes and shake periodically during spray.
• 2. Spray with distance from the required object around 20 – 25 cm and spray from left to right and top to bottom of the object. (Depend on skill and experience)
• 3. The first coat must be thin and allow to dry at least 15 minutes before spray the second coat.

Topcoat : Apply KOBE All-Purposes Spray (or other topcoat sprays) at least 2 coats.

Application Method : Spray

Condition During Application

• Use respiratory mask with charcoal and dust filter. For prolonged or repeated handling, use nitrile gloves or polyvinyl alcohol gloves. Use safety eye wear designed to protect against splash of liquids.
• No smoking.

STORAGE

• The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations. Storage conditions are to keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from source of heat and ignition.
• After used, the container must be kept tightly closed.

SHELF LIFE

• 36 months at 25 – 30 ํC (from manufacturing date)
